This ten-day trip to Medewi on the western side of the island takes you far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The region is peaceful, unspoiled, and surrounded by palm forests and expansive rice fields.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Medewi is located on the west coast of the island, far from the bustle of tourist hotspots, and is surrounded by palm forests and expansive rice fields. The area is especially known for having the island’s longest left-hand wave on one side of the bay, as well as a sandy beach with white-water waves in the middle—perfect for beginners.
The hotel is without a doubt the most beautiful in the area, lovingly designed with cozy cabins and breathtaking sea views. It features a spacious garden, a large swimming pool for relaxing, and a restaurant overlooking the surf spots and spectacular sunsets. Surf lessons are offered at a ratio of one coach to one or two surfers, ensuring that everyone—from beginners to advanced—receives training tailored to their level. For experienced and adventurous surfers, there are numerous other breaks just a short scooter ride away. We can’t wait to share this little paradise with you.

Please note that the ticket options listed on our website require a 10% deposit of the total price. This deposit secures your spot at the Rainbow Surf Retreat in Bali in 2026. The second installment is due on March 1, 2026, and the remaining balance must be paid at least one month before the event, either by card, bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival. Bank details available upon request.
