The Spartacus Gay Cruise 2027 takes you along the fascinating seam of two continents. From the Mediterranean elegance of Palma to the cultural radiance of Barcelona and Valencia to the Andalusian joie de vivre of Málaga, the arc of European history spans. Finally, Tangier opens the gate to North Africa - a place where trade routes, religions and traditions have met for centuries. Moorish heritage and modern metropolises merge into an impressive panorama of cultural diversity. At the same time, "Between the Continents" leads through some of the most important strongholds of the LGBT community in the Mediterranean region. Barcelona has been considered one of the most open and lively metropolises in Europe for decades. Only not far away is Sitges - internationally known as one of the most renowned LGBT places in Europe, whose liberal atmosphere is far beyond Spain. Thus, this journey not only connects continents, but also progressive life projects, tolerance and lived diversity along the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

THE ROUTE
From 15. to 22. October 2027 it's time again: Let's go to the hottest gay cruise in the Mediterranean! A week full of sun, party, culture and a lot of queer joie de vivre awaits you. We start in Palma de Mallorca, where we plan a welcome reception the night before and which is ideal for an extension of the holiday, as it is perfectly connected from anywhere in Europe and even has direct flights from the USA.

THE SHIP
The environmentally friendly Vasco da Gama with its manageable number of guests of less than 1,000 passengers is again available as a ship. The Vasco impresses with its two pools, of which the larger one is equipped with a lockable glass roof and can thus be used in any weather.
The Vasco da Gama has four different cabins on decks 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10. These differ in 129 interior cabins with 16sqm, 352 exterior cabins with 17sqm, 120 balcony cabins with 21sqm and 28 suites including balcony with 34sqm. There are at least two seating furniture on the balconies. The interior cabins are equipped with bath and shower. The outdoor cabins have either a shower or a bathtub. All cabins are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The beds can be separated or shared. In part, the sofa can be converted into a bed and thus offers space for a third person.

WELLNESS
Wellness is very important at the “Vasco da Gama”. The gym next to the spa is open 24 hours and has plenty of equipment. These include 11 spinning wheels, 5 steppers, 7 treadmills, 5 seat wheels, 14 strength machines, 2 rowing machines and a large selection of free weights. In the spa, dry and steam sauna are included in the travel price. On the top deck is the jogging trail.
The Vasco da Gama has two pool areas - one is prominently located at the stern of the ship with generous berths. The other lies in the middle of the ship and is equipped with a mobile roof, which only a vanishingly small number of ships have on the cruise. In addition, there is a noble wellness area with sauna and steam bath, a large fitness center and sports areas on the outdoor decks. The show theater "Hollywood's" is spread over two decks and offers first-class evening entertainment.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
Vasco da Gama also plays gastronomically in the Oberliga. It has three a-la-card restaurants, among which the Asian "Fusion" convinces with special attention to detail. This also includes stylish Japanese tables at floor level. But the buffet restaurant also stands out conceptually. It is more reminiscent of a food court with different culinary stations. European food is served in the "Waterfront" with its 150 seats. The restaurant is designed in an exclusive style. "The Grill" is the specialty restaurant on board and has 66 seats. The "Chefs Table" with its 14 seats can be booked at an additional cost for a larger group on festive occasions, such as weddings, silver weddings, birthdays, etc. The Alfresco Grill is the bistro for in between, when you come back from a trip or your appetite at the pool attacks you. The pizzas, burgers or hot dogs are all included in the travel price.

Aunt Gladice is one of the best known and most popular travesty artists in Frankfurt, Cologne and the surrounding area. For over 20 years, she has been inspiring her audience with extravagant costumes, sparkling jewelry, a strong voice, a lot of passion and positive energy. Her motto is: "Kisses, kisses, up the cups!"
Miss Abby OMG is known to all "Drag Race" fans from the first season of the Dutch offshoot of the worldwide successful format, where she made it to the final. In the show, she heated up her comrades and went down in the history of the franchise as the legendary lip sync queen.
The Brazilian-born Nelson Cerqueira is a DJ, singer and producer who brings tropical heat and Berlin club energy to dance floors worldwide. Nelson discovered his passion for art at the Spartacus Cruise in 2022. What began as a life-changing party quickly became a vocation.
DJ PoppyDownes joins us from Chicago on the Spartacus Cruise. His passion is to entertain and inspire dance floors all over the world.
DJ JAMES is one of the most famous DJs of the LGBTQ+ scene in southern Germany and Austria. His "Pink Paradise" party is the most successful gay event in Munich at the age of 17. For many years he has been inspiring his audience at national and international festivals as well as at renowned events.
DJ U-Seven can now look back on a long successful career as a DJ. The core is his activities in the many Berlin clubs such as the Schwuz or the cult Connection, where he is a resident.
Stefano May is an internationally acclaimed Italian singer, songwriter and piano virtuoso, known for his fusion of soul, pop and classical music. He started teaching classical piano at the age of seven and quickly became known by appeared on major Italian television shows and working with renowned director Franco Zeffirelli and filmmaker Jamal Joseph.
Maayan Licht is an internationally acclaimed Israeli countertenor. He studied early modern music at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and completed both bachelor's and master's degrees with honors. Licht is considered one of the outstanding voices of his generation in the Baroque and early classical repertoire.
Niklas Bothe grew up in a small town in Brandenburg, Germany. Through numerous plays and dance events, he gained extensive stage experience at a young age, which still shapes him today.

Beverage packages: The travel price covers full board with free coffee, tea and water at meals. Additional drinks can be ordered from an extensive menu. Two All Inclusive variants are available on request. The "Classic" package costs EUR 37 per person and travel day, the "Premium" package EUR 57 per person and travel day. In the case of a double occupancy, the packages can only be booked uniformly for both cabin guests at any bar on the day of embarkation.
GOOD TO KNOW
Our shipping company nicko Cruises is a member of the German Travel Insurance Fund. This secures your payments in the event of insolvency.
The trip is bindingly booked with registration. I (we) will probably receive a written confirmation of the booking within one week from the tour operator. The deposit of 20% of the travel price per person must be made within one week of receipt of the confirmation/invoice directly to the account details provided there or by credit card. The final payment is made 28 days before departure.
