17.07.2026 - LET IT BEGIN
The Grawand Hut at 1,640 meters is a peaceful starting point for a rejuvenating escape in the mountains.Arrival is individual and can be arranged according to your personal preference — by car, public transport, or any other means. This flexibility allows you to begin your day at your own pace and arrive without stress.
From the small village of Breitlaner, an easy hiking trail leads to the hut in about 1.5 hours. The path is well-maintained and offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the alpine scenery and fresh mountain air in peace. The moderate hike gently eases you into the altitude and sets the tone for a relaxed stay.
The Grawand Hut itself is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. After the hike, we’ll gather for a shared dinner, creating the perfect moment to connect, exchange first impressions, and settle into the retreat experience together.
18.07.2026 - TIME FOR YOGA
The day begins with a shared breakfast, providing fresh energy for the activities ahead.We then set out on a short hike into the surrounding mountains — a chance to connect with nature up close and open the mind.
At the top, a yoga session awaits, guided by an experienced yoga teacher. Practicing in the open air, surrounded by the powerful mountain landscape, creates a unique connection between body, mind, and nature. This experience deepens relaxation and mindfulness, enriching your time in the mountains in a very special way.
After yoga, there will be free time to explore the area at your own pace. Whether you prefer a quiet walk, taking photos, or simply pausing to take in the views — the landscape offers countless ways to recharge and enjoy the peace of the alpine world.
The day ends with a communal dinner, offering space for conversation and strengthening the sense of connection within the group.Altogether, it’s a well-balanced day of movement, inner calm, and joyful togetherness.
19.07.2026 - FEEL THE NATURE
After breakfast, the day begins with a short hike into the mountains. There, another yoga session will take place with an experienced yoga teacher — outdoors in nature if the weather is good, or indoors in the bright and welcoming yoga roomof the Grawand Hut if it’s not.
Afterwards, you’ll have free time to explore the surroundings or simply relax.The day ends with a shared dinner, offering space for connection, reflection, and rest.
20.07.2026 - THE NEXT STEP
After a nourishing breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the Grawand Hut. The descent into the valley is done individually and at your own pace.Our meeting point for the next part of the journey is the Hotel Grauer Bär** in Innsbruck**, which will be our new home for the next two nights.
In the afternoon, enjoy a complimentary drink at LGBTQ bar Danzn, a lively spot with a warm and open atmosphere. Dani, the owner, is already looking forward to welcoming you!
The day ends with a group dinner at the traditional restaurant Fischerhäusl – the perfect setting to reflect on the experiences so far and share impressions of the city.
21.07.2026 - CULURE!
After breakfast at the hotel, the day begins in a relaxed way with a three-hour guided city tour. Innsbruck will come to life in all its historical and cultural richness — offering a fascinating glimpse into the heart of this alpine city.
The afternoon is free for you to explore on your own — wander through charming alleys, visit local shops, or simply soak in the city's atmosphere.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a group dinner at Restaurant Maria Theresia — a stylish setting to enjoy good food and reflect on the day together.
22.07.2026 - REACHING NEW HIGHTS
After breakfast, we head into the city one last time before the trip’s final highlight: a comfortable ride up into the Innsbruck mountains on the Hungerburgbahn. Once at the top, you’ll be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of the city and the Alps — a perfect moment to pause and marvel.
A lovingly prepared picnic basket filled with Tyrolean treats awaits, inviting you to relax and enjoy amidst nature, with the majestic mountain backdrop all around.
With a feeling of lightness, calm, and countless unforgettable memories, our time together comes to a close. The journey home is individual — but with lasting memories in your heart.
